About Me (As a Therapist)

I believe that my role as a therapist is to be a guide, support, coach, and faciliator of growth. I am here to be of service to you and to be responsive to your needs, wants, and feedback throughout treatment. I believe that wisdom and knowledge is to be shared, and I believe in empowering my clients to learn about the therapuetic process and developing all of the necessary skills to become self-sustainable.

I believe in being human with my clients, as I tend to say, “I’m a fellow human being who happens to be a therapist”. As a therapist, I value honesty, transparency, justice, and integrity. I wouldn’t ask clients to do anything that I wasn’t willing to do myself; I have been in my own mental health treatment for 13+ years. I ask clients to be their authentic self in sessions, and I will be my authentic self with clients. I strive to do what is in the best interest of my clients and support their growth, development, and empowerment. I believe in keeping people company in their hardships and being an ongoing support every step of the way.

• I enjoy nerdy things, such as video games, board games, tabletop games, Comic-Con, Star Wars, Dungeons and Dragons, and Lord of the Rings
• Some of my favorite snacks and drinks include hot cheetos, Takis, guacamole and chips, boba tea, iced tea, and Coke Zero
• I grew up in Colorado, and I have lived here my whole life. I studied abroad to India and China during my undergraduate studies. Being abroad taught me many lessons, and I believe in approaching different cultures with curiosity, humility, and respect.

About Me (as a Healer)

My journey as a healer has been one in the making for many years. Throughout my life, I’ve always been sensitive to spirits and supernatural phenomenon; however, I was reluctant to embrace these experiences out of fear, uncertainty, and judgment.

In April 2024, I died and crossed the veil where I was with Source. I was in the forest and the jungle with my ancestors, who shared that my work as a healer was not yet finished, so I returned with their blessing to step into my role as a teacher-healer. I signed my soul contract as a spiritual healer soon afterwards and have responded to the call of this work.

Since stepping into my role as a healer, I’ve been given the charge to have a foot in the natural and a foot in the supernatural and to be support the community around me. I’ve learned that the gift chooses you, you don’t choose the gift. My soul contract is to be an oracle and to channel the gifts that have been bestowed upon me for the greatest good of others.

My paternal grandmother, “Abuelita”, was of Mayan heritage and was a Curandera. Abuelita provided Mayan ancestral medicine to my family and others within the community. Despite Abuelita’s passing in 2018, her spirit has continued to be a guide to me as I’ve stepped into my role as a Curandero, and she continues to impart her wisdom upon me.

I offer spiritual guidance, mentorship, oracle card readings, and ancestral medicine to all prospective clients who seek spiritual services. My commitment is to foster a supportive environment where clients can achieve transformative outcomes in their wellness journey and become their most authentic selves. I have lived by the motto, “we all go through difficult times, and I’ll be with you during your difficult times”.

One of my principles is that wisdom and knowledge are to be shared with others and that my role is to guide, teach, and support. One of my highest goals is to facilitate holistic wellness, healing, and clarity for others.  

All are welcome to receive services and ancestral medicine. The gifts that have been bestowed upon me are not exclusive; my soul contract is to serve all who seek guidance, support, and healing. I look forward to being of service and keeping you company through your spiritual journey.
